What to include

For anything about an order, send the email address you used at checkout and your order number. That is enough to find you.

For a refund, that is the whole request. You do not need to explain why. See our Refund Policy.

For a missing file, say so and we will send the links again. Our download help page, https://exact-words.com/pages/download-help, shows where your files are.

Full business details, including trade licence and supervisory authority, are in our Legal Notice.
