How to request a refund

Email support@exact-words.com from the address you used at checkout. “Refund, please” is enough — no form, and no reason required.

Refunds go back to your original payment method. We process most within one business day of your message; your bank or card issuer may take a few days longer to show it.

What “keep the download” means

Exact Words and The Documentation Vault are digital files. We can't take them back, and we won't ask you to delete them or prove that you did. Your files stay yours after a refund.

The same 30-day terms apply to it, together or separately. Tell us which you'd like refunded — or just say “both.”
