Exact Words and The Documentation Vault are digital files. There is no physical product, no shipping cost, and no delivery address to enter.

How you get your files

Your download arrives by email at the address you enter at checkout, immediately after purchase. The files are yours to keep, read on your phone, and print.

If it doesn't arrive

Check your spam folder first — automated delivery emails sometimes land there. If it still isn't there, email support@exact-words.com and we'll send the files to you directly. A human reads every message, usually within one business day.

A download problem is never a reason you're stuck with a purchase. The 30-day guarantee applies regardless.
