Shipping policy

Exact Words and The Documentation Vault are digital. Nothing is posted, nothing is shipped, there are no delivery charges and no customs.

How you get it

The moment your payment is confirmed, two things happen automatically:

Your order page, straight after checkout, shows a button for each file you bought.
Your order confirmation email, sent to the address you used at checkout, has the same buttons.

Both happen without anyone touching them. There is no waiting for us to process anything, and no business hours involved.

The files are PDFs, and The Documentation Vault also comes as a Word file you can edit. You can read them on a phone, tablet or computer, save them, and print them if you want to.

If the email does not arrive

Check your spam and promotions folders first. That is where it usually is.

If it is still missing, nothing is lost: the same buttons are on your order page. Our download help page, https://exact-words.com/pages/download-help, shows every way back to them. Or email support@exact-words.com from the address you used at checkout and we will send the links again.

We reply within two business days.

Delivery region

We sell to customers in the United States. The site is readable from anywhere.
